Over nearly a decade, I've thrived as a 'growth guy' in billion-dollar startups, and I still relish every chance to connect with people in meaningful ways.
Anuj Ranka
I am Dancer/Mover and performer and also a trained Dance movement therapy practitioner and mindfulness based embodied listener. I work with various groups and individuals and follow an integrated approach to incorporate expressive arts, yoga, breathwork and buddhist philosophies while working with people. I constantly engage in learning various movement techniques like contact improvisation, tango, contemporary dance to deepen my understanding about the mind and body connect and incorporate in my daily practice and my individuals and groups.
